Transform Your Legal Practice with Expert Immigration Law Guidance
Are you navigating the complex world of immigration law, feeling lost in overcrowded online forums or hesitant to ask questions due to fear of criticism?
You're not alone, and your struggles end here.
Welcome to Immigration Law Accelerator – a 5-week group program designed specifically for attorneys who want to learn immigration law, whether as a new career path, an addition to your existing practice, or as your primary focus in a virtual law firm setting.
Now is the perfect time to learn immigration law. The need for immigration legal services is growing, and because immigration law is a federal practice area, it’s a lucrative option for attorneys who do not want to be limited to their geographic area.
Why the Immigration Law Accelerator?
Immigration law is one of the most complex areas of law in the United States, but since it’s not tested on the bar exam, few law schools offer this course in their educational programs, leaving many attorneys to piece together knowledge from scattered and unreliable sources.
This program bridges that gap, offering you direct access to an experienced immigration attorney – that's me, Bianca.

Journey with An Expert
I don’t gate keep. I started this company because I want immigration lawyers to practice law better, help as many people as possible, and make a ton of money in the process.
My career in immigration law began when I enrolled in my law school’s year-long Immigration Law Clinic. There, I became a Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court § 3:03 Certified Student Attorney (just like Elle Woods, but for immigration law, not criminal), which meant I could handle real cases for real clients.
My first case involved getting Special Immigrant Juvenile Status for a fifteen-year old boy who’d been abandoned by his mother. Winning that case enabled my client to live safely in the United States with a green card, and I’ve been in love with immigration law ever since.
For over a decade, I have successfully represented immigrants before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Executive Office of Immigration Review, and the Department of State- and I can count on a few fingers how many cases I’ve lost in that time.
I have taught immigration law to attorneys in various areas of law, such as family, trusts and estates, and criminal; and I have been an immigration consultant to non-attorney professionals, such as licensed social workers, financial planners, and real estate brokers.
My demonstrated expertise has allowed me to appear on national news as an immigration expert on multiple occasions; to speak at both regional and national conferences held by the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and various speaking engagements at colleges and universities.
Immigration Law Accelerator lets me give attorneys the opportunity to learn immigration law in the same inspiring and supportive environment that I had in law school.
Why this matters
I founded this program not just to share knowledge, but to foster a new generation of immigration lawyers who are equipped to make a significant impact, helping countless individuals and families while thriving in their legal careers.
Join me in this inspiring and supportive environment, reminiscent of my own law school experience, but tailored to the realities of today's immigration law landscape
